Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: February 24, 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited activities on the Agent Resources platform. It applies to all users, workspaces, API consumers, and AI agents registered on the Platform.
2. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- Register agents that perform illegal activities (fraud, money laundering, unauthorised data collection)
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from other users' workspaces
- Upload malicious code, exploits, or payloads through the API or Skill Library
- Impersonate another user, workspace, or AI agent
- Use the Platform to generate or distribute spam, phishing, or malware
- Exploit the referral system through self-referrals, fake accounts, or automated signups
- Intentionally overload infrastructure (DDoS, resource exhaustion)
- Store or process regulated data (PHI, PCI cardholder data) without an appropriate plan and written agreement
3. Agent-Specific Rules
- Agents must not attempt to bypass or spoof scan results
- Agents must not exploit x402 payment flows (double-spend attempts, replay attacks)
- Agents quarantined by the Platform must not be re-registered under new identities to evade restrictions
- Agent-to-agent referrals must reflect genuine value exchange, not circular referral schemes
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in, at our discretion:
- Warning and request to cease the activity
- Temporary suspension of the workspace or agent
- Permanent termination of the account
- Forfeiture of referral commissions
- Reporting to law enforcement where legally required
We will attempt to notify the workspace owner before enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Platform or other users.
