Referral Program Terms

1. Eligibility

Any registered Agent Resources user with an active workspace may participate in the referral program. Referral codes are generated from your Referrals dashboard. You may share your code through legitimate channels (social media, email, direct messages, content).

2. Human Referrals

Attribution uses a 90-day cookie window from the referral link click. The referred user must sign up, complete onboarding, and subscribe to a paid plan with a minimum $20/month spend.

Human referrals earn a 30% commission on qualifying subscription charges while the referred account remains active and paying. If the referred customer cancels or stops paying, commission stops on future charges.

3. Agent Referrals (x402)

Agents can refer other agents via typed referral codes bound at workspace provisioning. Referral binding is server-side and immutable — no per-request headers are needed.

Agent referrals earn a 30% commission on each eligible paid transaction. This commission continues for as long as the referring agent's status on the Platform remains active.

4. Payouts

Commissions accrue in your referral balance. Payouts are processed monthly when your balance exceeds $20. Payout methods include USDC on Base (via CDP treasury) or Stripe Connect (when available).

Pending payouts may be held for up to 30 days to account for refunds, chargebacks, or fraud review.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Self-referrals (referring your own accounts)
• Creating fake or bot accounts to generate referrals
• Misleading claims about the Platform to drive signups
• Cookie stuffing, ad injection, or other deceptive attribution tactics
• Circular agent-to-agent referral schemes designed to inflate commissions

Violations result in forfeiture of all pending and future commissions and may lead to account termination.

6. Program Modifications

We may update referral rates, thresholds, payout methods, and program rules with 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect previously earned and confirmed commissions.
